These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DeputizeAI websites, applications, products, and services (collectively, the Service). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

DeputizeAI lets users create, schedule, run, and receive AI-assisted tasks and results. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, usage limits, and plan features will be disclosed at signup or checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts until canceled.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel a subscription according to the cancellation flow made available in the Service.

You retain ownership of prompts, task instructions, files, messages, and other content you submit to the Service. You grant DeputizeAI a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit your content and that your content and use of the Service will not violate laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.

You may not use the Service to violate the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, generate or distribute harmful content, send spam, harass others, misrepresent your identity, bypass security controls, overload the Service, or interfere with other users.

You may not use the Service to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review and compliance with applicable law.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including AI model providers, authentication providers, payment processors, scheduling tools, email and SMS providers, and websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and policies may apply to your use of them.

DeputizeAI and its licensors own the Service, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and other materials, except for your content and third-party materials. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or our intellectual property.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeputizeAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to DeputizeAI for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DeputizeAI from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, or if required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
